1. Visitor CategoriesThe exhibition is organized in a
B2B (business-to-business) format and is primarily intended for professionals and representatives of the industry community.
Professional visitors include:- Company executives and specialists
- Individual entrepreneurs
- Representatives of government bodies and industry organizations
- Distributors, buyers, and investors
- Members of professional associations, unions, and industry groups
- Lecturers and students of relevant educational institutions
- Media representatives covering the exhibition’s topics
- Official delegations and exhibition partners
Attending the exhibition assumes an interest in professional development, networking, and exploring industry solutions.
The exhibition is open to anyone who completes
pre-registration online on the official website. Registration is required to receive a
personalized badge and confirm visitor status.
2. Student AttendanceOn the last day of the exhibition, students from relevant universities are allowed to attend
only when accompanied by a lecturer.
A list of students, certified by the university administration, must be provided and approved by BMCA
at least two weeks before the exhibition opens.
3. Registration and Badge CollectionEntry is permitted only with a
personalized visitor badge, valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.
Badges are issued at the registration desk upon presentation of one of the following:
- An e-ticket registered on the official BMCA exhibition website
- An invitation ticket
When collecting a badge, visitors must complete a registration form available at the registration desk or on the exhibition website.
4. Individual Use of BadgesE-tickets and badges are
personal and non-transferable.
BMCA may verify that the name on the badge matches the visitor’s identification document.
5. Restrictions on Commercial and Promotional ActivitiesWithout BMCA’s
written consent, the following are prohibited on exhibition premises:
- Conducting commercial activities
- Distributing advertising or informational materials
- Holding presentations, demonstrations, interviews, or photo/video shoots for commercial purposes
- Organizing promotional or campaigning activities
6. Photography and VideographyPhotography and videography are allowed
only for personal or corporate purposes that do not infringe on the rights of exhibitors, visitors, or BMCA.
For professional, commercial, or media filming,
prior written consent from BMCA is required.
7. Safety and ConductVisitors must comply with
safety regulations and follow instructions from security personnel and BMCA staff.
The organizer reserves the right to conduct
visual inspections of personal belongings upon entry.
The following are prohibited on exhibition premises:
- Being under the influence of substances or in a condition incompatible with the business atmosphere
- Wearing attire that violates professional dress codes
- Engaging in actions that disturb public order
8. Etiquette and Business ConductBMCA maintains a
zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, discrimination, or aggressive behavior.
Visitors must show
respect to colleagues, exhibitors, and BMCA staff, maintaining a professional environment.
9. Confidentiality and Personal Data ProcessingDuring registration, visitors provide personal data, which is processed and stored in accordance with
Kazakhstan’s data protection laws.
By completing the registration form, visitors consent to BMCA processing their data for participation, communication, and notification about upcoming events.
10. LiabilityBMCA is
not responsible for loss or damage to visitors’ personal belongings or for the actions of third parties.
Visitors are
financially responsible for any damage caused to the exhibition venue or exhibitors’ property.
11. Rule ViolationsBMCA reserves the right to
deny entry or continued presence at the exhibition to any visitor who violates these rules, without compensation.
